Councilperson Benner is a lifelong resident of Haysville.  He and his wife of 47 years, Jackie, live on the site of the original Benner family farm, which has been in the family for four generations.  They have two children and five grandchildren.  Dan is a manufacturing engineer at Spirit Aerosystems and says there are many things he enjoys about Haysville.  He especially likes community-wide events like the Fall Festival, July 4th Celebration, and the City-Wide Garage Sale.
