Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:45-10:00am for STEPS Class

Tuesdays from 5:30-8:00pm for Gymnastics/Cheer

Haysville Recreation Now Has Spin Bikes.   Get your ride on with a variety of classes.  It is a great way
to get the heart pumping and burn some calories.

VIBE

Get down, get edgy and get your groove on as world rhythms drive these mul-dimensional dancebased

classes. From Lan to urban, hip hop and more WELLBEATS Vibe classes take the party to the

floor and you’ll forget you’re exercising!

FUSION

Invigorating and vitalizing, each WELLBEATS class is the perfect integration of yoga and Pilates

moves, with attention to breath, form, flow and body balance.

STOMP

WELLBEATS Stomp is truly a “step revival”...as step was originally meant to be taught.  Go up, over

and around the step for a total body, cardio-driven workout. Easy to follow yet invenve step

paterns make Stomp doable and fun!

KENITICS

You’ll never be bored with our no-nonsense total-body training WELLBEATS Kinetics program. This

multi-acvity class includes sport-style cardio intervals interspersed with resistance training circuits

and muscle isolation work. It’s the most effecve way to torch calories and test your levels of

fitness and endurance!

 

Benefits:

High calorie burn will get you in shape fast.

Tones and shapes the body while increasing strength through core condioning work.

Improves heart and lung capacity as well as agility and coordinaon.

Strength and sports exercises combine to help raise overall fitness and stamina.

 

TKO

TKO is a non-stop movement to channel one’s inner fighter. Benefit from the power behind the

punch and total-body training. A fusion of maral arts disciplines, each class includes a combinaon

of punches, kicks, strikes and techniques for a great knockout experience.

Cardio fitness workout that increases heart and lung capacity.

Full body workout that tones and shapes key muscle groups such as the core, shoulders and legs.

HOW WILL IT WORK?

  • Specific classes will be scheduled to take place at certain days/times
  • Any other time the room will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and any class may be played
  • Sign up at the front desk to start a class
  • These classes will be included in your membership or daily fee

 

FITNESS ORIENTATIONS 

Whether you are a rookie or an all-star in the gym, when starting out at a new facility it is a good idea to make sure you are familiar with all the equipment available to you.  To help ensure a safe workout environment, we recommend that all new members take advantage of a free orientation.  This is a brief look at the facility and the do's and don’ts that go along with it.  You will be shown the equipment available and how to use them.  Orientations are available by appointment only, so stop by the front desk or call to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

 

BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS 

The Fire Department personnel can check blood pressure whenever they are here.  Look for their fire trucks in the parking lot.  Also a Blood Pressure Machine can be administered by HAC Staff.

 

BODY COMPOSITION TESTING

No matter the method used to calculate body fat percentage, it is a great tool for monitoring progression for those with the goal of weight loss and body fat reduction.  Body Composition Testing is available by appointment only, so stop by the front desk or call to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

Bioelectrical Impedance Method

This is a non-invasive option for fast, easy results.  By simply holding onto the Body Fat Analyzer hand grips, it uses electrical conductivity to determine your amount of fat tissue.  Muscles and bones have a high water content that conducts electricity easily, whereas fat tissue has little and little electric conductivity.
