The Board of Zoning Appeals is the body that considers and makes decisions about:

• Appeals of the City's actions in administering the zoning regulations of the City Code;

• Variances from the specific requirements of the zoning regulations; and

• Exceptions that are specifically authorized by the zoning regulations.

Meetings

Meetings of the Board are held at the call of the chairperson. The Board meets annually on the first Tuesday in July at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall to elect officers and review the Board's Rules and Regulations.
