FITNESS ORIENTATIONS
Whether you are a rookie or an
all-star in the gym, when starting
at a new facility it is a good
idea to make
sure you are familiar with all the
equipment available to you. To
help ensure a safe workout
environment we
recommend that all new members
take advantage of a free
orientation. Orientations are
free for members and
are available by appointment only.
BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS
The Fire Department personnel can
check blood pressure whenever they
are here. Look for their fire
trucks
in the parking lot. Our Fitness/Wellness
Supervisor is also available to
do checks during designated hours
(ask at the
front desk for available times).
